DETOUR NOTICE
 
Glatfelters Station Rd is closed near the intersection with Valley Rd.  Here are directions for alternate routes to Heimwald Park.  You will see red DETOUR signs as you get close to the park.
 
Coming from York or I-83:
Take exit 14 west (Leaders Heights Rd) off I-83
After about .5 mile, turn left at a traffic light onto S. George St.
Make an IMMEDIATE right turn onto Reynolds Mill Rd.
Continue on this road for about 4 - 5 miles past several South Branch Farms signs.  This road becomes very winding so drive carefully!
Turn right onto Ranch Rd.
At the STOP sign turn left onto Glatfelters Station Rd.
Turn right into the Rail Trail parking lot directly ahead and look for the shuttle van.
 
Coming from Rt 30 west of York:
Go south on Rt 616 through New Salem.
Turn left onto Glatfelters Station Rd.  This road becomes very winding so drive carefully!
After crossing over the creek, turn right into the Rail Trail parking lot and look for the shuttle van.
 
Coming from the Loganville area:
Take Rt 214 west for 4 - 5 miles.  (This becomes Reynolds Mill Rd.)
Turn left onto Ranch Rd.
At the STOP sign turn left onto Glatfelters Station Rd.
Turn right into the Rail Trail parking lot directly ahead and look for the shuttle van.


Statement of Purpose: The Casper Glattfelder Association Of America^s Board of Directors has responded to requests and inquiries suggesting a webpage for the sharing of information regarding the heritage of the family. It is our intent to one day have a complete family history online for research. We are, at present, including basic contact information concerning the many projects the family is involved in, including our yearly reunion.
